I am trying to run Firefly on Amazon EC2 cluster with StarCluster + SGE + OpenMPI. I am just exploring possibilities of || computing so I have some problems.
At the moment Firefly crashes with signal 11 and I cannot solve this.
I am just trying to run on one node to test. File attached is log of Firefly execution and crash.
Looking for you help!
From my side I will post benchmark data from Amazon EC2 different configurations, if I will put it to work finally.
