Welcome to Firefly community :)

Please copy the input file (say a.inp) to the Firefly folder and if you use windows as operating system simply
open a command prompt and go to the directory then write:

Firefly.exe -i a.inp >a.out

I hope it helps. For more details and advanced commands please read the Tutorials on the Firefly webpage.
Also you can install drug&drop and run your jobs by its aid too. Best Wishes , m
