FSF: fatal error no. 0xFFFFFFFB in sub WRITERECEX on unit 30

When calculating the geometry at the MP2 level -f theory, I got an error message like:

FSF: fatal error no. 0xFFFFFFFB in sub WRITERECEX on unit �30

Does someone know what is wrong with my input-file and/or hardware and how to overcome this problem?
