The options you are asking for are now turned on by default.

The documentation on P2P is still correct, the only difference
is that the defaults now are:

$p2p p2p=.true. dlb=.true. $end

The documentation on the updated $smp group is now in the process
of preparation. However, typically you do not need to change
the default values using Firefly 8.0.0.
