Thank you for your detailed explanation on the relationship between transition
moment and SOCC.@@Especially, the mathematical formula you proposed are very
helpful to understand the essential point of interpretation of SOCC. It was
unexpected matter for me that the other singlet states contribute to the
transition between T1 and S0. Any way, I have already started the calculation
of the  transition moment using RUNTYP=TRANSITN. Furthermore, I am considering
the oscillator strength including SOCC.
