new functionals+dispersion correction

Just looked at the gamess manual (fresh, January 13th), they have bunch of new functionals implemented (m0x family, pbe0, dispersion corrections etc).

I was wondering if firefly broke off before, during or after those got implemented, e.g. can I use their manual to define those new functionals in the firefly input or firefly does not have those?
