Dear Firefly users,
I am willing to work with DNA molecules, but are not sure if DFT would be the right choice for it. Please suggest me the level of theories I should use to work with DNA based samples, using FIREFLY 8.1.0.
I want to study their optical absorption properties.
These samples are very large. Please suggest me how should I go about it?Kind Regards,
