Implementation of Plane wave basis set

Hello,

  Is there a way to implement plane wave basis set in GAMESS. I looked in the manual and tried to find online but with no success. I am trying to apply DFT with plane wave basis sets using ultrasoft psuedopotentials.

 Any help is appreciated.
