Batmaker for firefly

Hi,
I am a first time user of firefly windows version...i am using batmaker to make the batch files..In the batmaker there is no option to run the job....But I don't know how an output file is created....Can anybody help me to find the answer? Does this run automatically?My second question is how to check the output file while the job is running? (P.S Input files are created by macmolplt)
