SCF convergence problem

Dear All
I have faced with SCF convergence problem in optimizing the structure of a Ni/porphyrine complex with 2S+1=3 spin multiplicity. I have tested both direct and indirect SCF methhods. Also I turned off DIIS. Also I increased NCONV up to 1.0d-4. but the convergence problem is also exists. what can I do for this problem?
For instance one of my input key words is as follows:
