Your job ran out of the allotted CPU time. You should increase value
of TIMLIM variable of the $contrl group and resubmit job.
E.g. $contrl timlim=10000 $end

P.S. According to your output, you are running PC GAMESS, not Firefly.
As stated on the homepage, the PC GAMESS is no longer supported
nor should it be used. You must stop using PC GAMESS and upgrade
to Firefly.
