Actually, I can recover nbolid using nbokey, and vise versa;
and I did that many times in the past as the people at TCI/NBO
often forget to provide the complete information.
However, to do that, I need to know either nbolid or nbokey.
Although I could assign unused pair to NBO user, the right
way for everybody is to get at least nbolid from TCI/NBO.
One may need to ping them a bit to get this information.
