with Firefly, GDIIS in DLCs is especially efficient as GDIIS'
engine is tightly coupled with DLC's engine so that GDIIS knows
better how to proceed in difficult cases.

GDIIS (geometry optimization using direct inversion in the iterative sub-space) is
