This means that you need to add AMD-NEW to the /etc/hosts file
(more precisely, the name AMD-NEW cannot be resolved as it
is not handled by any DNS server and not specified in the hosts file).

I'd suggest searching this forum for information how to compile
32-bit MPI shared libraries for different variants of MPI.
It's not such a big problem actually :)

As to SuSE, if you like to install it, install the latest version.

>PS. I think this Linux has in a reserve much more tricks. We want to install another Linux version a bit later when I will make the urgent work. If I correctly understood, it is more preferable to install SuSE? What SuSE version is the most suitable for Firefly in my case (48-core PC)?
