Add extfile=.t. to $BASIS section (read basis from external file).
$BASIS GBASIS=acc-pvdz extfile=.t. $END

Put files basis.lib in any directory and add
"-b path_to_directory_were_basis.lib_files_located " to command string. For this propose i use script and set of variables.
