wfn file will be a part of the PUNCH file, you should copy a section between the lines

"----- TOP OF INPUT FILE FOR BADER'S AIMPAC PROGRAM -----"
....
"----- END OF INPUT FILE FOR BADER'S AIMPAC PROGRAM -----"

to a separate filename.wfn file
