The memory is not enought.
Please set in the input file MEMORY=3000000
Using this value I was able to run your calculation.
By the way, also for TDDFT run, you can set the amount of memory using MEMORY or MWORDS statement. I sugget you to do a check run to see if the memory is enought (EXETYP=CHECK in $CONTROL section)
