I cant run on two processors MCSCF GRADIENT, and MP2 MCSCF ENERGY, is it normal?

Hi, everybody,
The previous problem was resolved
by repeating all steps carefully again:)

And what about
                       MCSCF
SCF gradient             cdp
MP2 energy               cdm

Firefly wrote:

What can i do with it?
What is the differnce between  m - multithreaded p - parallel?
