Simply you can add "-legacy" as a command line option like "-i" or "-o" in FF to make the compatibility with  
Macmolplt (v7.4.4).

for instance:

firefly.exe -legacy -f -np 3 and so on.

-lagacy : compatibility with Macmolplt
-f      : force to run FF in existence of old PUNCH files
-np     : parallel running
