this looks strange to me.

Please verify that you can run PC GAMESS on all cpus manually,
using the correctly written procgrp file, e.g.:

local 3
host2... 4 /home/zoran/pcgamess710/pcgamess
host3... 4 /home/zoran/pcgamess710/pcgamess

and providing -p4pg mpich command line option;
and that PC GAMESS behaves as expected.

Next, I would highly recommend to use new syntax and the -ex
command line option instead of creating/passing list of working
directories manually.
