I made a script to setup and run ff under Linux OS. The idea behind the script was to define default parameters for PBS and FF and to create a pbs script and run FF in very simple way. Just type "script --help" and you will see how it works. The best way to use it is to put it in a directory in the PATH, say ~/bin, make the script executable and run it. Make sure you have FF files available and unpacked. The script also takes care of the time you reserve for a job and add appropriate corrections to your input file. The script is distributed under GPLv3, so if you change something in the script please, send me the patch (or new version). If you have any question, don't hesitate to contact me.
