Dear Dmitry.

wxmacmolplt does read output file from current and upcoming versions of FF. The problem rises with reading $SYSTEM settings from an output file. You just need to add some character after $SYSTEM in line
    $SYSTEM OPTIONS
The new line looks like
    $SYSTEMw OPTIONS

and you are done.
