The calculation starts normally only when I disable eth2 interface on H1 host. I also tried to use the OpenMPI option --mca:

--mca btl_tcp_if_include eth0 --mca oob_tcp_if_include eth0

and

--mca btl_tcp_if_exclude lo,eth1,eth2 --mca oob_tcp_if_exclude lo,eth1,eth2

but it didn't work.
