Lack of force constants for bending vibrations in the output file

Hi,
after calculation of intrinsic frequencies ( $FORCE DECOMP=.t. PRTIFC=.t. ) I get in output the force constants for stretching vibrations only. Why are not the force constants for bending vibrations?
