Under OS Server 2008 the out-file remains unchanged until the end of the calculation

Hi,
unlike the WinXP OS under OS Server 2008 the out-file remains unchanged until the end of the calculation. All data are recorded in this file only after the completion of the calculation. As a result, I can not control the calculation process. Is it possible to correct this deficiency?

VyacheslavP.S. I mean calculations on one 8-core node, not on the HPC cluster.
