Firstly, you should add two new folders according to the instruction of PCGAMESS web
Then new a batch file containing contents like these:
SET INPUT=D:\MYDIR\wrk\run.INP
D:\PCGAMESS\pcgamess.exe d:\mydir\wrk "d:\mydir1\wrk1" -np 2 -i run.inp >run.outIt will be OK!
