I downloaded "pcgamess_71f_windows_p3.zip" and used it on a Windows XP Core Duo laptop. It ran fine with 2 cores, but the printout message said:
WARNING! YOU ARE USING OUTDATED VERSION OF THE PC GAMESS!
PLEASE CHECK PC GAMESS HOMEPAGE FOR INFORMATION ON UPDATES!
I think v7.1.F should the most recent version. (Part of the printout is attached with this post.)
