I solved the problem myself. In case anyone else is wondering, one can download the basis set files in Gaussian94 format from https://comp.chem.umn.edu/basissets/basis.cgi and then make adjustments by hand to put the basis sets in GAMESS format.On Mon Jan 29 '18 0:17am, Ian Dunn wrote
