I wonder if it might be crucial (might effect the results) if there are files in the temporary directory of FF (specified with key "-t" ) that are left from a previous calculation? Can it happen that FF can "use" a file left from a previous run, which could lead to a wrong result? (I presume not, but just to be sure=).
