"Unable to generate DLC" error while using "IFRZAT"

Dear All,
I am trying to use "IFRZAT" for the first time. I am facing this error "Unable to generate DLC". Is there any upper limit for the no. of atoms that can be added in IFRZAT(1)? I have 42 atoms to be frozen.
